Who or what inspired you to work in football?
I was raised by a single father and had an older brother who was an amazing athlete in both football and basketball, so naturally, I've been watching both since I was seven years old. I started off as a cheerleader during my brother's Pop Warner games, then eventually became a three-sport athlete myself. Once I got to Howard University, I knew I didn't have any desire to further pursue a career playing sports, so I quickly shifted to wanting to COVER sports instead. My dad told me when I was 18 if you pick a career in a field you love, it'll never feel like work, and he was so right. I've now had two dream jobs...nine years at ESPN and almost eight at the NFL Network. I love my job and I love knowing my family is proud of me!
