Though Las Vegas loved the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV, our computers loved the New Orleans Saints even more and correctly predicted Drew Brees and company would win the 2009 Super Bowl by taking out the bias out of the game and relying solely on the statistics to predict its outcome.
In fact, Whatifsports.com correctly predicted the outcome of four major championships in 2009. The output generated included team winning percentage, average points per game, and average points allowed per game.
