Dennis Schroder wasn't pleased with Rajon Rondo's antics during the Los Angeles Lakers' 99-94 loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday. 

Rondo drew a technical foul when he shoved the ball in Schroder's face. 

"I love competitors, but that's not competing," Schroder said, via ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "I'm going to leave it at that ... That's not basketball." 

The call came with 5:21 remaining in the third quarter when Schroder fouled Rondo, with the Hawks up 64-57. 

Rondo ended the night with five assists and three rebounds, adding two points off of the bench in 14 minutes. John Collins dropped 27 points and Trae Young registered 14 points to lead the Hawks to their eighth straight victory. 

Schroder posted 16 points and seven rebounds, leading the Lakers starters, while Montrezl Harrell dropped 23 points in 33 minutes off the bench. LeBron James tallied 10 points, but he only saw 11 minutes before he went down with an ankle injury.

The Lakers did not immediately reveal the severity or the course of treatment for James, who rolled his ankle and was the subject of a foul by Atlanta's Solomon Hill but didn't immediately leave the court, waiting instead to call a timeout and take himself out with 10 minutes to play (h/t Greg Beacham of the Associated Press). 

Harrell expressed a similar sentiment to Schroder about the actions that led to James' injury.

The Lakers are back in action Sunday against the Phoenix Suns, while the high-flying Hawks are play Monday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
