WWE revealed the 2020 salaries for executives Vince McMahon, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon on Tuesday as part of a proxy statement ahead of the annual shareholders meeting.

According to WrestlingInc.com's Raj Giri, Vince will earn a salary of $1.4 million, while both Triple H and Stephanie will make $730,000. Vince's pay is the same as last year, while Triple H and Stephanie received $20,000 raises.

The aforementioned figures are base salaries and do not include bonuses, stock options or—in the case of Triple H and Stephanie—additional pay for being an on-air talent.

The 74-year-old Vince McMahon is WWE's chairman and CEO, and he has essentially been the company's head honcho since 1982. While he was a regular on-screen character for many years, much of his work now is done behind the scenes.

McMahon remains a constant presence at Raw, SmackDown and pay-per-view events, and he has also been busy with his Alpha Entertainment company, which owns the XFL.

Triple H, 50, is WWE's executive vice president of talent, live events and creative, which is a title he has held since 2013. He is best known for his work as a wrestler, but the WWE Hall of Famer has not competed in a match since June 2019.

Instead, Triple H has put most of his time and energy into NXT, which is the brand he founded. NXT began airing on USA Network in September, and The Game has helped it develop into a legitimate third brand alongside Raw and SmackDown.

Stephanie McMahon, 43, is the daughter of Vince McMahon and wife of Triple H. She is also WWE's chief brand officer, which is a position she has held since 2013.

Like Vince and Triple H, Stephanie has plenty of experience as an on-screen character, but she has primarily stayed behind the scenes over the past year.

Vince, Triple H and Stephanie are WWE's top three full-time executives following the firing of co-presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson in January, and they figure to continue serving as WWE's chief decision-makers for the foreseeable future.
