As the 2017-18 college basketball season comes to a conclusion next week, the Associated Press has unveiled its All-America team headlined by Oklahoma's Trae Young and Duke's Marvin Bagley III.

Per John Marshall of the Associated Press, Young and Bagley are joined by Arizona's Deandre Ayton, Villanova's Jalen Brunson and Kansas' Devonte' Graham as the five first-team All-Americans.

Marshall also noted this is the first time in the 70-year history of AP All-American teams that three freshmen (Young, Bagley, Ayton) were named to the squad.

Young led all Division I players with 27.4 points and 8.7 assists per game, helping the Sooners reach the NCAA tournament after they went 11-20 last season.

Ayton and Bagley both averaged double-doubles this season. The Wildcats star tied for the most double-doubles in the nation with 24, while Bagley was tied for third with 22.

Brunson and Graham were named to the AP All-America team after leading their respective schools to No. 1 seeds in the NCAA tournament.

Brunson leads Villanova with 19.2 points and is shooting a career-high 41.4 percent from three-point range. Graham is averaging a career-high 17.2 points per game and is shooting better from the three-point line (.403) than inside it (38.7).

Young and Ayton have already declared for the 2018 NBA draft. Bagley has yet to announce his intentions for next season following Duke's loss to Kansas in the Elite Eight.

Brunson and Graham will meet head-to-head when Villanova and Kansas play in the Final Four on Saturday.
