The Cleveland Browns remain winless through 12 weeks, and one fan plans to make the best of a bad situation with a celebration.

Chris McNeil has already filed paperwork with city officials to hold a parade around FirstEnergy Stadium between noon and 2 p.m. ET on January 6:

The Browns have lost four games by a three-point margin. They just need the football to bounce in their favor a few times to avoid the ultimate embarrassment: an 0-16 season.  

Among the five games left on the schedule, Cleveland will have a legitimate chance to win at home in Week 14 against the Green Bay Packers with quarterback Brett Hundley under center, as well as on the road against the Chicago Bears in Week 16.  

The Detroit Lions went down in the record books as the most recent winless team during the 2008 campaign. The organization cleaned house and clinched a playoff berth three years later.
