Versatile veteran Thabo Sefolosha has agreed to terms on a contract with the Utah Jazz.

Shams Charania of The Vertical reported Wednesday that the deal is for two years and $10.5 million.

Sefolosha spent the past three seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, primarily coming off the bench for head coach Mike Budenholzer.

Last season was one of Sefolosha's best in 11 NBA campaigns. The 33-year-old averaged 10 points and 6.1 rebounds per 36 minutes in 62 games and added 2.7 win shares on defense, per Basketball-Reference.com.

Sefolosha was a great bargain for the Hawks, making a total of $12 million in three seasons, per Spotrac.

As the Hawks focus on rebuilding their roster after declining win totals each of the last two seasons following their 60-win campaign in 2014-15, retaining Sefolosha didn't make sense for the franchise.

There are limitations the Jazz will have to consider. He has missed at least 20 games three times in the past four seasons and has averaged less than 26 minutes per game over the past three seasons.

When Sefolosha is on top of his game, he's a valuable small forward who can shoot and has solid range on his jumper with a 34.5 percent career success rate from three-point range. His strong defensive prowess adds to his contributions as a role player for the Jazz as they look to stay afloat in the rugged Western Conference in the post-Gordon Hayward era.
