Bennett Comments on Health
Saturday, Dec. 10
"You don't want to miss any practices and miss any games," said Bennett, per ESPN.com's Mike Reiss. "Something my teammates and coaches know about me is that I'm going to try to give them everything I got, no matter what."
Bennett Has Proven to Be Key Piece to Pats Offense
Bennett has made a seamless transition into the Patriots offense. The 29-year-old battled injuries in 2015 and finished with 53 receptions, 439 receiving yards and three touchdowns with the Chicago Bears. In 12 games with New England, Bennett has caught 44 passes for 544 yards and four touchdowns.
Adding the 2014 Pro Bowler has proved to be a shrewd move for the Patriots after Rob Gronkowski underwent back surgery in December that ruled him out for the rest of the regular season.
