Kobe Bryant Says LeBron James' Kids Pass Too Much: 'I'll Fix That'

Thomas Duffy

LeBron James' sons play just like their father.

Kobe Bryant has one issue with Bryce and Bronny, though: They pass too much.

After the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 120-108 on Thursday in the final game between the Black Mamba and the King, Bryant caught up with LBJ's mother, Gloria, to talk about her grandsons.

Per ESPN's J.A. Adande:

LeBron is LeBron, and we can't help who we are. Kobe thinks he still has a chance to change the next James generation though. He saw LeBron's mother, Gloria, in the hallway outside the locker rooms and told her he'd been watching her grandsons' blossoming basketball talents. He had only one critique:

"They pass too much," Kobe told her. "Send them my way, and I'll fix that."

While his storied resume speaks for itself, Kobe—who has attempted the third-most field goals in NBA history—has long been jabbed as a ball hog. In fairness, he's also No. 3 on the league's all-time scoring list.

By contrast, James has always been a pass-first star, and his boys seem to have picked up that same mindset.

Until Uncle Kobe gets in their ears.
