Every team's fans thinks they are the most loyal in the NBA. This is obviously not the case. There are fans and then there are loyal fans.

I'm not talking about those who simply root for the stars and their monster dunks.

I'm talking about the fans who go above and beyond to rep their teams. The ones who consider themselves a part of the team and support them no matter what.

They are the true fans and, these days, not too many teams have them.

Luckily, some still do.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are a team full of potential with talented point guard Stephen Curry leading the way.

They tend to fly under the radar but consistently rank among the top teams in the league in various stats. Last season, they were within the top 20 teams in free throw percentage, points per game, assists per game, and many others.

Though these stats imply that the Warriors were one of the more dominant teams in the regular season, their record did not show it. They were one of the lower ranked teams and finished the season with just 23 wins. Even worse, the Warriors have not qualified for the playoffs since the 2006-2007 season.

Despite this, however, their fans have remained extremely faithful to them.

Last season, over 600,00 fans showed up to cheer on the Warriors, ranking them 10th overall in home attendance. Golden State's Oracle Arena is frequently sold out.

With injuries to Curry and Andrew Bogut derailing their lineup, failure to gain good picks in the draft and losses piling up, it's amazing that Warriors' fans continue to root for their team.

San Antonio Spurs

The ageless San Antonio Spurs are always a threat to other teams come playoff time. They may be quiet during the regular season, but everybody knows not to count them out as the Spurs will shock you when you least expect it.

The Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan era has been an exciting one for Spurs fans. They've witnessed multiple playoff runs against the toughest teams in the Western Conference and have produced some of the most memorable title runs.

But it's not just the success of the team that makes them stand out. It's also their loyal fans.

San Antonio is a small market team but their fans are the primary reason they've been so successful as a franchise. Granted, they are the only professional sports team in San Antonio, but nevertheless their fan support is outstanding.

With two of their Big 3 being international players, the Spurs have fans all over the world.

They might not be known for selling out every game or heading the top of the list in team attendance, but they do have notoriously classy and supportive fans rooting for them.

Boston Celtics

Though these days the Boston Celtics are one of the perennial contenders in the playoffs, their fans remember the days of old when they were at the bottom of the totem pole.

Before the blockbuster trades that turned the team around just prior to the 2007-2008 season, the Celtics had the second worst record in the league. During the 2006-2007 season they managed to win just 24 games. 

Of course they had fans who couldn't take the pain of losing anymore and left, but there were so many more who stuck around.

Celtics' fans are known for their passionate support of their team. If you needed an example, look no further than Game Six of the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals.

The Celtics lost a frustrating game that would have sent them to the Finals, but rather than boo their players, the fans in the Boston Garden cheered them on to Game Seven.

It's been almost five months and the Celtics still can't stop talking about it.

From the highly intense atmosphere of the Garden, to the often over-reactive fans, to Gino's dancing on the jumbotron, there is one thing that's certain: Boston is a brotherhood.
