Tiger Woods received a 99 overall rating in PGA Tour 2K25, with high marks in contact, shaping and swing path.
The ratings obviously represent the peak version of the 15-time major champion, who's one of the greatest golfers in history. Because that prime period gets deeper and deeper into the past, it's increasingly easy to forget just how much he dominated the sport in the early 2000s.
Woods' power in particular set him so far apart that some tournament organizers began "Tiger-proofing" their courses in an effort to try and level the playing field a bit.
Few legends are more deserving of a perfect overall rating in a video game than him.
Woods is one of three cover stars for PGA Tour 2K25 alongside Max Homa and Matt Fitzpatrick. Other pros in the game include Justin Thomas, Tony Finau and Lydia Ko.
The developers dropped a gameplay trailer Tuesday to give fans a taste of what to expect and spotlight some of the new features.
PGA Tour 2K25 is slated for a worldwide release on Feb. 28.
