It seems like NFL on Prime's first-ever NFL playoff game was quite the success for the streaming service.

Prime Video announced Tuesday that Saturday's game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens set a record for "the most concurrent viewers ever to the service." The game featured an average audience of 22.07 million and a record peak viewership of 24.66 million:

The previous record-holder for both numbers was the Dec. 5 game between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.

Detroit outlasted its NFC North rival 34-31 in a thrilling Thursday night showdown between two of the conference's playoff teams. The Lions improved to 12-1 with the win and eventually parlayed momentum from that victory into the NFC's No. 1 seed.

Saturday's game did not come down to the wire like the one between the Lions and Packers, but it was a playoff game on a weekend night.

It also featured plenty of star power with potential league MVP Lamar Jackson leading the Ravens against Russell Wilson, T.J. Watt and the rival Steelers.

Baltimore wasted no time seizing control and jumped out to a 21-0 lead before halftime. Pittsburgh had no answers for the rushing attack of Jackson and Derrick Henry, and the latter finished the contest with 26 carries for 186 yards and two touchdowns in an overwhelmingly dominant performance.

His second touchdown run went for 44 yards in the third quarter and stopped the visitors' brief momentum created by Wilson's touchdown pass to Van Jefferson.

The Ravens ended up cruising to a 28-14 victory to set up a showdown with the Buffalo Bills.

That contest will be on CBS and Paramount + and feature arguably the top two contenders for MVP in Jackson and Allen. Anything but a massive viewership number would be quite the surprise, especially since it is the Sunday night game and final contest of the Divisional Round.

If Jackson can find a way to lead his team to victory, he may get an AFC Championship Game rematch against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
