Tennessee remains the No. 1 team in the country, leading the Associated Press Top 25 poll for Week 10.
The Volunteers improved to 14-0 on the season and opened their SEC account with an emphatic 76-52 victory over No. 23 Arkansas. Senior guard Chaz Lanier had a game-high 29 points, while senior forward Igor Miličić Jr. dropped a double-double (13 points and 18 rebounds).
The Top Five remains likewise unchanged after the start of conference play failed to yield a lot of major upsets.

That's not to say there weren't any consequential results last week.
West Virginia closed out 2024 on a high, upsetting Kansas 62-61 in a game that went right down to the wire.
With the Jayhawks trailing by three points and 16 seconds on the clock, senior guard Zeke Mayo scored inside while getting fouled. He sank his free throw to tie it up, only for the Mountaineers to have their own shot at the charity stripe in the waning moments.
Flory Bidunga bit on a pump fake by Javon Small and fouled the West Virginia guard with just 1.8 seconds remaining. Small missed his first free throw but hit the second to get WVU over the top.
Two nights later, Illinois kicked off 2025 in style with a 109-77 drubbing of No. 9 Oregon.
Leading by seven at halftime, the Fighting Illini blitzed the Ducks in the second half by scoring 64 points. They shot 57.5 percent from the floor for the game, including going 16-of-29 from beyond the arc.
Junior guard Tre White had 20 points and 11 rebounds for his first double-double of the season. Guard Kasparas Jakučionis and forward Ben Humrichous combined for 34 points as well.
Offense was in equally large supply as Kentucky picked up a big win over Florida and ended the Gators' unbeaten start last Saturday at Rupp Arena.
The Wildcats fell behind by 11 points in the the first half, only to turn around and build a 10-point lead by halftime. The Gators were knocking on the door midway through the second half but couldn't find a breakthrough.
UK held on and beat its third Top-10 opponent already during the Mark Pope era.
All five of Kentucky's starters scored in double figures, while Koby Brea had the hot hand off the bench. The senior guard shot 7-of-9 from beyond the arc en route to a 23-point performance.
Florida wasn't the only 13-0 SEC team to fall on Saturday as Oklahoma received a bit of a reality check courtesy of Alabama. The fifth-ranked Crimson Tide strolled to a 107-79 win in Tuscaloosa.
The Sooners were totally out-muscled inside, allowing 56 points in the paint and losing the rebounding battle 51-26.
"They pounded us on the glass," head coach Porter Moser told reporters. "When we did get it, they got it back. I just thought the difference on the offensive glass was a huge thing."
The Tide hauled in 22 offensive boards, which they turned into 25 second-chance points.
The bad news for Oklahoma is that it hosts No. 10 Texas A&M next, and the Aggies are averaging the seventh-most rebounds (42.8 per game) in Division I.
Saturday shook up the AP poll a little more with No. 15 UCLA and No. 16 Cincinnati both going down.
It was a tough outcome for the Bruins in particular because they had moved up seven spots in the Week 9 rankings on their strength of a 65-62 win over Gonzaga. Now, they're right back to where they had been before.
The Bearcats, meanwhile, tumbled out of the Top 25 altogether after back-to-back defeats to get Big 12 play started.
Plenty of big games are on tap for the week ahead.
On Tuesday, Florida hosts Tennessee and has an opportunity to rebound from the Kentucky loss in a big way, while Georgetown hits the road to play Marquette and prove whether its 12-2 record is for real. Texas A&M and Oklahoma cross paths Wednesday in Norman. Cincinnati's luck in the Big 12 may not improve much as it faces off with Baylor and then Kansas.
