Entering Week 17 of the NFL season, the New York Giants were in line to land the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 draft. That's no longer the case.
Four NFL teams are tied for the worst record in the league at 3-13, with the Giants projected to end up at No. 4 based on tiebreakers. The New England Patriots would have the No. 1 pick if the season was over today.
However, there's still one week to play, so anything could happen. Along with the Patriots and Giants, the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns are also in the mix to land the No. 1 selection in the 2025 draft.
As the NFL regular season winds down, here's an updated first-round mock draft (with the projected order coming from Tankathon.com). Then, we'll look at some under-the-radar prospects who could get taken in the back half of the opening round.

Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
The first round of the NFL draft isn't typically filled with tight ends, but there are some deserving of consideration that early. One who shouldn't be overlooked in the 2025 class is Penn State's Tyler Warren, who is coming off a tremendous senior season for the Nittany Lions.
Warren has taken his play to another level during his fifth year at Penn State, as he has recorded 92 catches for 1,095 yards and six touchdowns in 14 games. He'll have the opportunity to add to those numbers, with the Nittany Lions among the final eight teams in the College Football Playoff.
There's a good chance that Warren's skill set will translate well to the NFL level. A team like the Broncos could be a good fit, pairing him with a talented young quarterback in Bo Nix.
Wherever Warren ends up, expect him to make an impact as a playmaker at tight end.
Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
Shavon Revel Jr. was well on his way to having a strong senior season at East Carolina this year, nabbing a pair of interceptions over the Pirates' first three games. Then, the talented cornerback suffered a torn ACL during a practice that ended his season.
Although there wasn't more time for Revel to improve his draft stock, he is still a potential first-round pick because of his impressive tools. He played only 24 games during his time at ECU, but it was clear how much potential he has.
If Revel is still on the board late in the first round, the Bills could be an ideal landing spot. They could use a boost to their secondary for next season, and Revel could be eased into action for one of the NFL's top teams.
If Revel falls even further in the draft, some team could be getting a steal, as long as his recovery goes well and he gets back to full strength.
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
There hasn't been a Marshall player taken in the first round of the NFL draft since 2003, when quarterback Byron Leftwich was selected at No. 7 by the Jacksonville Jaguars. That drought could soon end, though, because of Mike Green.
A standout for the Thundering Herd as a redshirt sophomore this season, Green recorded 17 sacks in 13 games. He also notched 84 tackles and forced three fumbles while also recovering one.
Even if Green wasn't facing the toughest level of competition in the Sun Belt Conference, those numbers were still impressive. It was also clear that he has the tools necessary to have success in the NFL, making him an intriguing first-round draft prospect.
It's possible Green will last late into the opening round, so he could end up with a great landing spot. The Marshall standout could go to a top team and make an immediate impact upon his arrival.
