With Detroit's win, the Lions will remain at least one game ahead of the Eagles in the NFC standings regardless of Sunday's results. Green Bay's chances of winning the NFC North are all but extinguished, meanwhile—the team is now three games behind the Lions, and Detroit holds the head-to-head tiebreaker after going 2-0 in the rivalry matchup this season.

Green Bay has also lost its lone matchup against the Vikings thus far this season, making it difficult for them to catch either Detroit or Minnesota in the loaded NFC North.

Meanwhile, a number of other games this weekend will have playoff implications.

In the AFC, the Chiefs will look to hold onto the top spot in the AFC against the Chargers, an important AFC West showdown. A Los Angeles win, paired with a Buffalo win, would catapult the Bills above the Chiefs in the conference.

Meanwhile, the NFC has a crucial matchup in the NFC West between the Seahawks and the Cardinals. A Seattle win would not only give them a two-game lead in the division, but would also guarantee them the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Cardinals (the Seahawks won the first matchup between the teams in Week 12).

If the Cardinals want to win the NFC West, Sunday is borderline a must-win game.

The Vikings, meanwhile, will be looking to keep pace with the Lions atop the NFC North when they face the Falcons. The game is equally important for Atlanta as it looks to maintain its narrow advantage over the Bucs in the NFC South.

Finally, of note is that the Broncos, Colts, Patriots, Commanders, Ravens and Texans all have byes. In the AFC, that means much of the intrigue regarding both the AFC South title race and the Wild Card chase will have to wait until next week.
