Dillon Gabriel is in the midst of his first season in the Big Ten and his first season at Oregon after previous stints with UCF and Oklahoma.
His play is a big reason why the Ducks are the lone remaining undefeated FBS team, as he is completing 73.5 percent of his passes for 3,275 yards, 24 touchdowns and six interceptions, while also rushing for 175 yards and seven scores.
Gabriel was also named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year and Quarterback of the Year. Although looks to be behind Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter and Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty in the Heisman Trophy race, Gabriel figures to be a Heisman finalist as well.
Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith burst onto the scene as a true freshman this season, finishing the regular season with 57 receptions for 934 yards and 10 touchdowns, plus four carries for 47 yards and a score.
Along with his selection to the All-Big Ten First Team, Smith was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year.
On the heels of qualifying for the Big Ten Championship Game, Penn State is also well represented on the All-Big Ten Team.
The most notable selection from the Nittany Lions is pass-rusher Abdul Carter, who has recorded 54 tackles, 20 tackles for loss, 10 sacks and two forced fumbles on the year.
Carter was named both the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year for his efforts.
Oregon and PSU are widely viewed as surefire picks to be part of the 12-time College Football Playoff, while Ohio State and Indiana are strongly positioned as well.
The automatic CFP berth and a first-round bye will go to the winner of the Big Ten Championship Game between Oregon and Penn State on Saturday night.
