Welcome to Bleacher Report's top 25 college football quarterback rankings after Week 13.

These rankings are published every Tuesday morning throughout the 2024 season, with the goal of identifying the 25 best QBs in the country each week as the season unfolds.

The only thing that matters here is on-field production in 2024. That means past performance, future expectations, physical tools and NFL upside have all been removed from the equation.

Every quarterback's individual production and quality of opponent will be considered each week. Players will rise and fall based on where they ranked the previous week, so it will be a fluid process.

If your favorite team's quarterback is not currently on the list, fear not. If a guy is putting up numbers, he will find his way onto the list. On the flip side, a strong season thus far does not protect a player from potentially sliding down the rankings with a poor performance.

25. Tyler Huff, Jacksonville State (Previous Rank: HM)

Stats: 143-of-233, 1,966 yards, 11 TD, 5 INT; 1,079 rush yards, 13 TD

The Gamecocks have won seven in a row after losing three straight to start the season, and Huff has been a big reason for their success. The Furman transfer and 2023 SoCon Offensive Player of the Year has been one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the country, and he had a season-high 177 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries in Saturday's win over Sam Houston.

24. Sawyer Robertson, Baylor (Previous Rank: 20)

Stats: 176-of-286, 2,316 yards, 22 TD, 7 INT; 238 rush yards, 4 TD

Robertson had been steadily climbing these rankings in recent weeks, but he nearly doubled his season interception total when he was picked off three times on the road against Baylor in Week 13. That said, he still finished with 204 passing yards and two touchdowns in a 20-10 road win.

23. Sam Leavitt, Arizona State (Previous Rank: 21)

Stats: 163-of-265, 2,153 yards, 18 TD, 5 INT; 356 rush yards, 4 TD

Leavitt has been one of the most impactful transfer quarterbacks in the country this year after joining the Sun Devils from Michigan State. The redshirt freshman has recorded back-to-back wins over Kansas State and BYU, and Arizona State is now up to No. 14 in the latest AP poll and on track for a spot in the Big 12 title game with a win this coming weekend.

22. Tyler Shough, Louisville (Previous Rank: 19)

Stats: 235-of-371, 3,067 yards, 23 TD, 6 INT; 8 rush yards, 1 TD

Shough led the charge in a lopsided 37-9 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday, throwing for 293 yards and two touchdowns to continue what has been a career year in his seventh collegiate season. The Cardinals close out the regular season against SEC foe Kentucky in Week 14.

21. Behren Morton, Texas Tech (Previous Rank: HM)

Stats: 267-of-425, 2,979 yards, 25 TD, 7 INT; -18 rush yards, 1 TD

Morton threw for a career-high 404 yards and four touchdowns on the road against Oklahoma State in Week 13, connecting on 37-of-53 pass attempts in the process. He is on the doorstep of becoming the first 3,000-yard passer at Texas Tech since Nic Shimonek in 2017.

20. Kyle McCord, Syracuse (Previous Rank: 24)

Stats: 341-of-522, 3,946 yards, 26 TD, 12 INT; -44 rush yards, 3 TD

McCord broke Syracuse's single-season passing yardage record and tied the single-season touchdown pass record in Saturday's win over UConn. He connected on 37-of-47 pass attempts for a career-high 470 yards and two touchdowns in a 31-24 victory, and the Orange now have their first eight-win regular season since 2018.

19. Jordan McCloud, Texas State (Previous Rank: 16)

Stats: 226-of-327, 2,672 yards, 28 TD, 10 INT; 249 rush yards, 6 TD

After a breakout 2023 season at James Madison, McCloud has again been one of the most productive quarterbacks in the Sun Belt Conference after transferring to Texas State. He leads the conference in passing touchdowns (28), completion percentage (69.1%) and passer rating (159.9), and he had his second straight 300-yard passing game on Saturday against Georgia State.

18. Josh Hoover, TCU (Previous Rank: 15)

Stats: 275-of-404, 3,485 yards, 23 TD, 9 INT; -24 rush yards, 4 TD

The Horned Frogs improved to 7-4 with a win over Arizona on Saturday, and Hoover's improvement is a big reason why they have taken a step forward following a 5-7 finish in 2023. His 3,485 passing yards are the fourth-highest single-season total in TCU history, and he sits 416 yards behind Trevone Boykin's 2014 total for the top spot in the record books.

17. Carson Beck, Georgia (Previous Rank: 22)

Stats: 255-of-392, 3,132 yards, 23 TD, 12 INT; 76 rush yards, 1 TD

After a rough stretch where he threw nine interceptions in four games, Beck has put together back-to-back strong performances in a huge SEC victory over Tennessee and a cupcake win over UMass on Saturday. His four touchdown passes in Week 13 marked just the second time this season he has tallied more than three scores in a game.

16. Chandler Morris, North Texas (Previous Rank: 17)

Stats: 301-of-472, 3,594 yards, 30 TD, 12 INT; 225 rush yards, 4 TD

Morris has been turned loose in the North Texas offense, and he ranks in the Top 10 nationally in completions (301, third), attempts (472, second), passing yards (3,594, fourth), passing touchdowns (30, second) and total touchdowns (34, third). After shaky performances in Week 11 and Week 12, he had 266 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday against East Carolina.

15. Alonza Barnett III, James Madison (Previous Rank: 14)

Stats: 198-of-335, 2,458 yards, 24 TD, 3 INT; 418 rush yards, 7 TD

Barnett had a pair of passing touchdowns early in Saturday's game against Appalachian State to build a 14-0 lead, but he was relatively quiet the rest of the way and the Dukes ended up losing 34-20. He was picked off for just the third time all season and finished with 255 total yards.

14. Riley Leonard, Notre Dame (Previous Rank: 13)

Stats: 177-of-271, 1,937 yards, 14 TD, 4 INT; 671 rush yards, 13 TD

Leonard connected on a pair of passing touchdowns in the first quarter to build a 14-0 lead against undefeated Army, and the Fighting Irish running game did the rest, pounded out 273 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns to secure a 49-14 victory. Leonard has now gone back-to-back games without a rushing score, though he has five passing touchdowns during that stretch.

13. LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina (Previous Rank: 18)

Stats: 159-of-244, 2,110 yards, 17 TD, 6 INT; 489 rush yards, 5 TD

After leading the way in consecutive wins against Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Missouri, Sellers carved up the Wofford defense in Saturday's cupcake game. He completed 23-of-27 pass attempts for 307 yards and three touchdowns, also adding 53 rushing yards and his fifth rushing score of the season. No quarterback has improved more during the second half of the 2024 season.

12. Bryson Daily, Army (Previous Rank: 11)

Stats: 33-of-59, 670 yards, 7 TD, 1 INT; 1,201 rush yards, 23 TD

Daily did his best to keep things close against Notre Dame, logging 139 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 39 carries, but the Fighting Irish offense proved too potent to slow down as the Black Knights suffered their first loss of the season. The dual-threat quarterback ranks 11th in the nation with 1,201 rushing yards and second only to Boise State star Ashton Jeanty with 23 rushing touchdowns.

11. Jalen Milroe, Alabama (Previous Rank: 8)

Stats: 171-of-263, 2,396 yards, 15 TD, 9 INT; 615 rush yards, 17 TD

Milroe had his worst game of the season in a devastating loss to Oklahoma that will likely remove Alabama from the playoff picture. He completed just 11-of-26 pass attempts for 164 yards with zero touchdowns and three interceptions, and he was limited to seven rushing yards on 15 attempts. It was utter domination across the board for the Sooners in a 24-3 victory.

Nos. 10-6

10. Quinn Ewers, Texas (Previous Rank: 10)

Stats: 189-of-278, 2,089 yards, 23 TD, 6 INT; -64 rush yards, 1 TD

Despite missing almost three full games with an oblique injury, Ewers has still put together a strong all-around season for the Longhorns. He has recorded multiple passing touchdowns in eight of the nine games he has played this season and completed 20-of-31 pass attempts for 191 yards and two scores in Saturday's 31-14 win over Kentucky.

9. Kurtis Rourke, Indiana (Previous Rank: 6)

Stats: 179-of-256, 2,478 yards, 21 TD, 4 INT; -16 rush yards, 2 TD

The Hoosiers offense managed just 151 total yards in Saturday's loss to Ohio State, and Rourke was a non-factor, completing 8-of-18 pass attempts for 68 yards while getting stacked five times. A dud against the No. 2 team in the nation knocks him down a few spots in the rankings, but it has still been a season to remember for him and an Indiana team that is generally an afterthought at the national level.

8. Drew Allar, Penn State (Previous Rank: 12)

Stats: 187-of-259, 2,497 yards, 17 TD, 5 INT; 202 rush yards, 4 TD

Since losing to Ohio State in Week 10, Allar has been elite piloting the Penn State offense the last three weeks, completing 77.3 percent of his passes for 711 yards with five touchdowns and zero interceptions in wins over Washington, Purdue and Minnesota. His 72.2 percent completion rate on the year ranks fifth in the nation and represents a massive step forward from the 59.9 percent mark he posted a year ago.

7. Cade Klubnik, Clemson (Previous Rank: 9)

Stats: 234-of-366, 2,761 yards, 29 TD, 4 INT; 375 rush yards, 5 TD

Klubnik had a chance to pad his stats against FCS opponent The Citadel in Week 13, completing 12-of-16 pass attempts for 198 yards and three touchdowns before he made his way to the sidelines with a 42-0 lead early in the third quarter. All of the chaos in the SEC has opened the door for a two-loss Clemson team to potentially receive an at-large bid to the playoffs.

6. John Mateer, Washington State (Previous Rank: 7)

Stats: 208-of-325, 2,957 yards, 28 TD, 6 INT; 770 rush yards, 14 TD

With four more touchdowns against Oregon State on Saturday, Mateer now leads the nation with 42 total touchdowns in a breakout season replacing Cam Ward under center at Washington State. The redshirt sophomore has recorded at least four total touchdowns in five straight games, though losses to New Mexico and Oregon State during that span have taken the Cougars out of the playoff hunt.

5. Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss

Stats: 235-of-339, 3,732 yards, 24 TD, 6 INT; 375 rush yards, 3 TD

Jaxson Dart did not have his best individual performance in Saturday's crushing loss on the road against Florida, completing 24-of-41 pass attempts for 323 passing yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

However, he did have a season-high 71 rushing yards, and he still leads the SEC in passing yards (3,732), passing touchdowns (24), yards per attempt (11.0) and completion percentage (69.3%).

4. Shedeur Sanders, Colorado

Stats: 303-of-413, 3,488 yards, 30 TD, 7 INT; 15 rush yards, 4 TD

Shedeur Sanders did his part in Saturday's game against Kansas, completing 23-of-29 pass attempts for 266 yards and three touchdowns, but it wasn't enough in a 37-21 loss to the Jayhawks that muddied Colorado's hopes of playing in the Big 12 championship game.

For Sanders, it was his third straight game with three touchdown throws, and he now owns the first 30 touchdown pass season in Colorado Buffaloes history. He also broke his own record for single-season passing yards on Saturday, and he will be padding those school records the rest of the way.

3. Dillon Gabriel, Oregon

Stats: 259-of-351, 3,066 yards, 22 TD, 6 INT; 155 rush yards, 6 TD

The Oregon Ducks had an opportunity to rest and regroup with a bye week after almost losing to Wisconsin at Camp Randall Stadium in Week 12, and now they will look to wrap up an undefeated regular season at home against Washington on Saturday.

Dillon Gabriel has climbed to No. 2 on the all-time passing leaderboard with 17,931 career passing yards over six seasons at UCF, Oklahoma and Oregon, and a deep playoff run should give him a chance to overtake Case Keenum (19,217) for the record.

2. Will Howard, Ohio State

Stats: 208-of-281, 2,685 yards, 26 TD, 6 INT; 121 rush yards, 7 TD

The Indiana defense has been one of the best in the nation this season in terms of yardage allowed, but that didn't stop Will Howard from completing 22-of-26 pass attempts for 201 yards and two touchdowns while also finding the end zone on the ground in a 38-15 victory that solidified Ohio State's status as an elite team.

The Buckeyes hold the head-to-head tie-breaker over Indiana and Penn State among one-loss Big Ten teams, meaning they control their own destiny and will clinch a rematch with Oregon in the Big Ten championship game with a win over rival Michigan this weekend.

Stats: 268-of-399, 3,774 yards, 34 TD, 7 INT; 177 rush yards, 4 TD

The Heisman Trophy odds have shifted to favor Colorado two-way player Travis Hunter and Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty in recent weeks, but Cam Ward still has the best case among quarterbacks.

He had 280 passing yards and three total touchdowns in a 42-14 blowout against Wake Forest in Week 13, and the Hurricanes now need to take care of business against Kyle McCord and Syracuse on Saturday to secure their spot in the ACC championship game against SMU.
