Phoenix Suns star forward Kevin Durant had the pleasure of introducing Nike's next generation of NIL basketball athletes.

In a social media video released on Thursday, Durant gave a welcome message to the new members of the Nike family: AJ Dybantsa, Ace Bailey, Dylan Harper, Jerzy Robinson and Jazzy Davidson.

Dybantsa is the No. 1 overall player in the nation in the class of 2025 in 247Sports' composite. The 6'9" small forward out of Utah Prep hasn't yet made his college decision, but he recently told ESPN's Jeff Borzello and Paul Biancardi that he expects to move up his commitment date to December.

While Dybantsa and Durant are now both members of the Nike family, the youngster believes that's where their similarities end. He said during a podcast appearance last month that he doesn't think Durant is an accurate player comparison for him and he believes he's more like Jayson Tatum, Paul George or Brandon Ingram.

"You know what? I don't see it. I don't see it," Dybantsa said of being compared to Durant. When asked if he's gotten that comparison before, he added, "Yeah, I've gotten that comparison before. I think it's just because I'm taller than everybody and can shoot over people, but I don't see it."

Bailey and Harper are both freshmen for Rutgers and likely lottery picks in the 2025 NBA draft. Bailey, the No. 2 prospect in the class of 2024 behind Duke's Cooper Flagg, has yet to make his season debut while nursing a minor hip injury. Harper has shined in the Scarlet Knights' first two games, averaging 22.0 points.

Robinson is the No. 1 shooting guard and No. 3 overall player in the class of 2026 in 247Sports' composite. Davidson, the No. 1 small forward and No. 3 overall player in the class of 2025, committed to USC in September.

It's clear that the future is bright for Nike with its new generation of rising basketball stars.
