Top Crown Jewel Matches to Watch
Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther
For the first time ever, Cody Rhodes and Gunther will clash in a one-on-one match at Crown Jewel on Saturday.
Both Rhodes and Gunther have been dominant in recent months with Cody holding the WWE Championship and Gunther being the reigning world heavyweight champion, but something has to give in Saudi Arabia.
Although Saturday will mark their first singles match against each other, the American Nightmare and the Ring General do have some experience mixing it up in the ring.
Most notably, they were the final two combatants in the 2023 men's Royal Rumble match, and they took each other to the limit until Rhodes eliminated Gunther for the win.
While both Rhodes and Gunther have been complimentary of each other leading up to Crown Jewel, Gunther has tried to get under Cody's skin, so there will be more than enough bad blood present to make their battle for the Crown Jewel Championship an intriguing one.
Roman Reigns and The Usos vs. The Bloodline
At long last, Roman Reigns and The Usos are back on the same page, and they will look to impose their will on The Bloodline at Crown Jewel.
During Reigns' post-WrestleMania 40 absence, Solo Sikoa took control of The Bloodline and molded it in his own vision, kicking out Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman, and bringing in Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.
That clearly didn't sit well with Reigns, nor did the fact that Solo talked trash about him for dropping the WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes.
Reigns came back for revenge, but he didn't have much backup until Jimmy Uso made his return at Bad Blood to help the Original Tribal Chief.
Jey Uso was initially resistant to getting involved, but he changed his tune after The Bloodline cost him the Intercontinental Championship, and he is now siding with Reigns again despite his reservations.
The result of Saturday's match figures to have a huge impact on the future of The Bloodline, plus it could potentially set the stage for a WarGames match at Survivor Series later this month.
Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed
There will be no championship gold on the line when Seth Rollins meets Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel, but both Superstars will have plenty of incentive to come out on top.
Reed made his mark in WWE a few weeks ago when he jumped Rollins and left him coughing up blood in the middle of the ring after hitting him with his Tsunami splash off the top rope multiple times.
Rollins recently returned to the fold and instantly targeted Reed, costing him a Last Monster Standing match against Braun Strowman.
In the weeks since then, Rollins and Reed have constantly been at each other's throats, engaging in multiple brawls and making it clear they didn't want to wait for Crown Jewel.
They will finally have a chance to duke it out in an officially sanctioned match on Saturday, though, and it could conceivably go either way since both combatants would benefit greatly from picking up a win.
