Video: Giants' Brian Daboll Slams Headset After Losing to Commanders on Walk-Off FG

After the New York Giants fell to 0-2 with a 21-18 loss to the Washington Commanders thanks to a walk-off field goal by kicker Austin Seibert on Sunday, head coach Brian Daboll couldn't hide his frustration.

Daboll forcefully slammed his headset to the ground while the Commanders celebrated after Seibert's 30-yard field goal sailed through the uprights:

The Giants took an 18-15 lead early in the fourth quarter when quarterback Daniel Jones found Wan'Dale Robinson for a seven-yard touchdown pass. The team's two-point conversion failed, allowing the Commanders to tie it with a field goal on their next possession.

New York had the chance to go in front on the ensuing drive when Jones led the offense to the Washington 22-yard line. However, the Giants had to go for it on fourth down due to their kicking situation, and Jones' pass to Malik Nabers fell incomplete, resulting in a turnover on downs that opened the door for the Commanders to steal the win.

Daboll has not been shy about letting his emotions boil over on the sidelines. Throughout his tenure as head coach of the Giants, he's been seen having angry discussions with Jones and other players.

New York will try to bounce back and earn its first win of the year when it visits the Cleveland Browns in Week 3.
