Updated AEW All Out 2024 Match Card Predictions After All In Results

Philip Lindsey

It's a quick turnaround but the annual All Out pay-per-view will return to the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on Sept. 7. The show traditionally takes place during Labor Day weekend, but All Elite Wrestling moved it up a week to avoid scheduling constraints.

Nevertheless, Will Ospreay vs. PAC immediately offers the event a must-see match. There is also time to pay off other ongoing storylines such as Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander.

It will be interesting to see how this card comes together over the next two weeks. In the meantime, these are our updated predictions for this year's All Out after the events of All In London.

Saraya vs. Jamie Hayter

Jamie Hayter made a surprise return during the Zero Hero at All In at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday to confront one of the women who cost her the AEW Women's Championship at Double or Nothing in 2023.

Saraya and The Outcasts were a thorn in her side toward the end of her tenure, which ultimately led to Toni Storm's second reign. In reality, a devastating shoulder injury halted the 29-year-old's title run and forced her to miss a year of action.

Nevertheless, Hayter is back for revenge and her confrontation with Saraya will likely set up a match between the two at All Out.

FTR vs. The Grizzled Young Veterans

The Grizzled Young Veterans returned to AEW in their home country following the Triple Threat match for the tag titles.

The English duo has generated positive buzz since their WWE exit and return to form as the team they popularized during their time with Progress and NXT UK.

Following The Young Bucks' successful title defense, James Drake and Zack Gibson attacked FTR and seemingly staked their claim to an upcoming match with Matt and Nick Jackson.

They could take on Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood at All Out and work towards a showdown with the EVPs.

Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander, Chain Match

Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale for the CMLL World Women's Championship was the first match announced for All Out.

Statlander earned a shot at the title during the July 31 episode of AEW Dynamite with the help of Stokely Hathaway. At All In London, Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii won their mixed tag match and turned the tide.

As a result, the champion has the right to choose the stipulation for their upcoming encounter at the Now Arena. Considering their history together and Hathaway's use of a chain, a chain or dog collar match makes the most sense.

Statlander even used the chain to win her eliminator match. So, it would be poetic to see these two bitter rivals chained together in a stipulation that would make the weapon legal.

MJF vs. Daniel Garcia

Daniel Garcia also returned to AEW at All In during Will Ospreay and MJF's International Championship match.

The 25-year-old has been on a hiatus since Friedman betrayed him and turned heel during the closing segment of the July 3 episode of Dynamite, which coincidentally occurred in Chicago. The brutal beatdown left many fans wondering when we would see Red Death again.

His appearance on Sunday confirmed that Garcia will probably be MJF's next big feud heading into All Out.

Don't be surprised if the two go head-to-head at the event.

'Hangman' Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland

Viewers have been clamoring over the prospect of a fourth installment of Swerve Strickland vs. Adam Page since Hangman returned in June.

So much so, that many fans hoped they would headline All In London this year. Their 2023 feud is widely considered one of the company's best rivalries and all three of their one-on-one matches exceeded expectations.

Strickland's mind games and subsequent world title win pushed Page over the edge and sparked an obsessive quest for vengeance. After he lost his second chance to earn a title shot in the Casino Gauntlet match, he was all out of options as he attempted to interfere in the main event.

This story is far from over. Expect to see them clash again in a stipulation match at All Out.

Bryan Danielson vs. Orange Cassidy

Bryan Danielson finally overcame the odds to become the ninth AEW world champion.

His story heading into All In London and this year's main event were exceptional, but it's difficult to anticipate where this could lead. Obviously, most of us don't expect The American Dragon to hold the title for long, which makes his next opponent a tough one to predict.

Christian Cage's Casino Gauntlet match win grants him a future world title shot. However, the former TNT champion would benefit from an extended run with his newly acquired contract because the potential cash-in would be better when fans least expect it.

Darby Allin also won Royal Rampage and an eventual AEW World Championship match. Still, it's hard to imagine he would go from a loss at All In to a potential main event within two weeks.

AEW has created quite the conundrum because Danielson needs another strong heel character to match up against or a believable contender to make his first title defense memorable.

Straight away, Jack Perry could fill that role as someone who will elicit a great reaction in Chicago. Orange Cassidy would also make for a full-circle moment following his performance in last year's main event against Jon Moxley.

For our money, Cassidy is probably the better option because the match will deliver and it would effectively move him into the world title picture. His International Championship run already proved he's ready and his last defense against Mox should've been a precursor.
