On the heels of his star-making performance at the 2024 Olympics, Stephen Nedoroscik joined Jimmy Fallon to breakdown his electric pommel horse routine that won him two bronze medals.

Nedoroscik explained that the very early part of his routine is the "skill I'm always worried about" and he's counting in his head to make sure he remains on rhythm.

Earlier in the show, Fallon and Black Thought, lead singer of The Roots, paid tribute to Nedoroscik by singing a song about how to spell his last name.

The 25-year-old Nedoroscik became a U.S. legend during the Paris Games initially for his ability to tune out all the noise leading up to the start of his routine.

Nedoroscik hit another level when he nailed his routine to secure the bronze medal for the U.S. men's gymnastics team. It marked the first time the United States earned a team medal at the Olympics since 2008. Nedoroscik's score of 14.866 during his routine was the highest of anyone on the team.

The Penn State alum also earned an individual medal when he finished third in the pommel horse. He was the first American male to medal in the event since Alexander Naddour at the 2016 Games.

Nedoroscik's breakout moment in Paris led to him earning the nickname "The Pommel Horse Guy" and being compared to Clark Kent/Superman because of the transformation that happens when he steps up to the pommel horse without his glasses.
