Amon-Ra St. Brown Trolls Brother: 'No One in Your F--king Room' Expects a Super Bowl

Amon-Ra St. Brown trolled his brother after signing with the New Orleans Saints.

The Detroit Lions wide receiver poked fun at Equanimeous St. Brown, who joined New Orleans this offseason, saying that his team isn't expecting to win a Super Bowl this season the way the Lions are.

As the two conversed on their podcast, the St. Brown Podcast, Amon-Ra said that the Saints don't actually expect to compete for a Super Bowl after missing the playoffs last year.

"No one in your f--king room thinks they're going to win a Super Bowl, honestly," Amon-Ra said (25:00 mark). "Us, like we know we can do it."

Equanimeous clapped back though, claiming his new team is capable of winning a championship.

"I think we can win the Super Bowl," Equanimeous said. "Saints are a great organization... It's not that hard to make the playoffs."

Amon-Ra's claim that New Orleans isn't Super Bowl material is fair considering how the past few years have gone. The Saints haven't reached the postseason since 2020 and haven't shown many signs of improvement.

Perhaps the addition of Equanimeous this season will help, though he wasn't much of a game-changer for the Chicago Bears last year with just five receptions for 62 yards. He landed in New Orleans on a one-year deal and joked with his brother about Detroit not picking him up in free agency.

"Season ended, Lions didn't want me," Equanimeous said (2:00 mark). "That's crazy."

Meanwhile for Amon-Ra, he and the Lions are serious about competing for a Super Bowl after coming up just short in the NFC Championship a year ago against the San Francisco 49ers.
