After competing in mixed martial arts, bare knuckle fighting, pro wrestling and boxing, Paige VanZant has added power slapping to her resume.

The former UFC fighter won her Power Slap debut on Friday night, defeating Christine Wolmarans by unanimous decision with all three judges scoring the bout 30-25.

Following her victory, VanZant said she intends to keep competing in Power Slap going forward.

Power Slap was founded by UFC president Dana White, who previously worked with VanZant when she competed for the MMA promotion. The 30-year-old had an 8-5 record in 13 UFC fights from 2013 to '20.

Following her departure from UFC in 2020, VanZant signed a four-fight contract with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. She has an 0-2 record in two bouts and hasn't competed in BFKC since losing to Rachael Ostovich in July 2021.

VanZant made a few appearances in All Elite Wrestling in 2021 and 2022. Her lone match for the promotion was in a six-person tag match with American Top Team when they defeated Frankie Kazarian, Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti at Double or Nothing on May 29, 2022.

One month before her Power Slap debut, VanZant competed in her first professional boxing match on May 25. She fought Elle Brooke to a split draw for the Misfits Boxing women's middleweight title in the main event.
