College Football 25 'Sights & Sounds Deep Dive' Trailer Drops Ahead of Release Date

EA Sports dropped a new trailer ahead of the highly anticipated release of College Football 25 on July 19.

Narrator Kirk Herbstreit, who's one of the game's color commentators, provided a deeper look at the "sights and sounds" the developers attempted to faithfully recreate from its real-world equivalent.

The pageantry around college football has long helped to set it apart.

Special traditions are unique to specific schools. The winners of some of the biggest rivalries in the country earn not just bragging rights but possession of a coveted rivalry trophy. Crowds add to the atmosphere with their passionate cheering and occasionally orchestrated wardrobe color choices.

All of that will be in College Football 25. Herbstreit said each of the 134 FBS schools was afforded some attention to detail in order to offer as much authenticity as possible.

Stadium atmosphere will also have a direct impact on the games themselves.

As was the case with the NCAA Football series on older consoles, College Football 25 includes a "Stadium Pulse" meter to measure how raucous the fans are. The more noise they create, the more difficult it will be for the players on the field.

EA Sports announced Tuesday the 25 toughest places to play, with Texas A&M's Kyle Field leading the way.

The reveals surrounding College Football 25 will continue Thursday and Friday. EA Sports will announce the top offenses and defenses in the game and follow with the overall team power rankings.

Plenty of excitement for the game was already building. It may be hitting a fever pitch with the "Sights and Sounds" trailer.
