Video: Tiger Woods Talks Viral Masters Tree Photo, Reacts to Memes with Jimmy Fallon

Tiger Woods didn't have a Masters tournament to remember earlier this month, but the golf legend was able to laugh about his viral moment with longtime CBS sports announcer Verne Lundquist.

Woods approached Lundquist, who was calling his final Masters, on the 16th hole. One angle of their handshake was ripe for comedy as all television viewers could see was a disembodied hand reaching out from behind a tree.

Woods talked about the moment Tuesday night on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Fallon also shared some of the humorous captions that accompanied the photo in the numerous memes.

That was by far Woods' most memorable image from his last trip to Augusta National Golf Club.

The 15-time major champion started reasonably well and sat at one over through two rounds. A 10-over 82 in the third round sent him tumbling down the leaderboard, though. At 16 over, he finished in last place (60th) among the golfers who made the cut.

At least Woods managed to find a different way to entertain golf fans at the Masters.
