After the first three rounds of the 2024 NFL draft, most of the notable stars are off the board and many teams have addressed their biggest needs.

But a pair of NFL legends' sons remain undrafted and are hoping to hear their names called before the conclusion of the draft.

USC wide receiver Brendan Rice, son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, and Southern Miss running back Frank Gore Jr., son of Frank Gore, have not heard their names called yet.

The two were stars at their respective schools and will likely be off the board before the end of the draft. Here are a few potential landing spots for the pair after Day 2.

Brenden Rice

Rice had a strong conclusion to his collegiate career, notching 791 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns for USC in 2023.

At 6'3", 210 pounds, Rice possesses NFL size and combines it with speed and craftiness. It also helps that he's the son of one of the best receivers in NFL history.

Plenty of teams are looking to add depth at wide receiver, and Rice could be a solid addition as a late-round pickup. Here are a few teams that could add him on Saturday.

Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers addressed their wide receiver need by adding Georgia star Ladd McConkey, but the Bolts could benefit from adding another.

Los Angeles lost Keenan Allen and Mike Williams over the offseason, and it's looking to fill the void that those two left. There's no better way to do it than through the draft, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see the Chargers add another receiver.

After Rice spent the last two seasons at USC, landing with the Chargers would also give him the chance to stay in Los Angeles.

Buffalo Bills

Like the Chargers, the Bills lost their top two receivers in Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis and are looking to reload in the draft.

Buffalo got a great talent in Florida State's Keon Coleman with the first pick of the second round, and it could add another potential star by picking up Rice. The Bills are still in a position to compete for a Super Bowl even after losing Diggs and Davis, but they'll need a strong receiving group to do it.

Denver Broncos

The Broncos traded receiver Jerry Jeudy this offseason, and another wideout could be on the move in Courtland Sutton.

Denver has what could be a franchise quarterback after drafting Bo Nix in the first round, but it still hasn't addressed its wide receiver needs. The Broncos have the 21st pick of the fourth round, and that could be where they add Rice.

Frank Gore Jr.

Just a handful of running backs were taken through the first three rounds of the NFL draft, so Gore remaining on the board doesn't come as much of a surprise.

It's no slight to him, as he had an outstanding collegiate career, but running backs just haven't been a top priority in this year's draft. Gore had back-to-back 1,000-plus receiving-yards seasons at Southern Miss, so he should hear his name called.

Gore is looking to follow in his father's footsteps. Here's a look at some teams that could help him do that.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers don't have a serious need for a running back, but adding some depth is always a good idea with injuries always looming. Plus, Gore landing with the team that his father spent most of his career with would be a great way to begin his NFL journey.

Gore could play behind a strong running back group early in his career and potentially emerge as an everyday player for San Francisco.

The Super Bowl runner-ups have a pair of fourth-round picks, and one of those could be used on Gore.

Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers are slowly chipping away at their draft priorities, landing an offensive tackle and a wide receiver, but they have yet to draft a running back.

The Bolts need depth at the position after losing starter Austin Ekeler this offseason, and they have six picks remaining in the draft. One of the picks will likely be a running back, and it could be used to pick Gore.

Dallas Cowboys

Another team in need of a running back, the Cowboys, have yet to add a member to the backfield through the draft.

Dallas lost Tony Pollard to the Tennessee Titans in free agency and has very little depth at the position. The Cowboys could address their running back needs through free agency, but they could also add a tailback in the draft.

Dallas has just four picks left in the draft, and it could be worth taking Gore with one of those selections.
