In the final hours before his professional career begins, Marvin Harrison Jr. is honoring his father as part of his outfit at the 2024 NFL draft.

Harrison's outfit includes a necklace with a picture of Marvin Harrison Sr. in his Indianapolis Colts jersey.

Harrison is one of the 13 prospects who will be sitting in the draft green room waiting to hear their name called by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

The 21-year-old is generally expected to be the first wide receiver taken on Thursday night. He's the top-ranked player in the class, per B/R's NFL scouting department.

Harrison could be the first wideout selected in the top five since Ja'Marr Chase went to the Cincinnati Bengals at No. 5 in 2021. He has been connected to the Arizona Cardinals (No. 4), Los Angeles Chargers (No. 5) and New York Giants (No. 6), among other teams, throughout the pre-draft process.

Marvin Harrison Sr. was drafted 28 years ago by the Indianapolis Colts with the No. 19 overall pick.

The elder Harrison went on to have one of the best careers for a wide receiver in NFL history. He had eight consecutive seasons with at least 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns from 1999 to 2006.

Harrison Sr. spent his entire 13-year career with the Colts. He is the franchise's all-time leader in receptions (1,102), receiving yards (14,580) and touchdown catches (128).

The Colts inducted Harrison into their Ring of Honor in 2011. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016.
