Tom Brady Posts Training Video After Comments on Possibly Ending NFL Retirement

After previously keeping the door open on a potential comeback, Tom Brady is posting videos of himself training.

In a four-second video on his Instagram, Brady showed himself running sprints and captioned it, "Show up for yourself so you can show up all damn day!"

During an appearance on DeepCut with VicBlends, Brady said he's "not opposed" to a potential late-season comeback if the right situation presented itself.

Does Brady's training video have anything to do with those comments? Probably not. He's a very health-conscious person who wrote a book about an entire training method that allowed him to remain an elite athlete well into his 40s.

The odds of Brady just letting himself go now that he's not playing in the NFL seem low. He also tagged Nobull, the training brand that merged with TB12 in January, in the video to keep promoting his business.

But since Brady insisted on keeping the door open for a possible NFL return, albeit not for an entire season, everything he does that could be seen as part of his plan to play again will be under intense scrutiny.

After officially retiring in February 2023 and sitting out all of last season, Brady may have recharged his batteries and is going to be keeping an eye on any potential Super Bowl contenders who might need help at quarterback later in 2024.
