Deontay Wilder will face Zhilei Zhang on June 1's Matchroom Boxing vs. Queensberry Promotions 5-on-5 series at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, per Jake Donovan of The Ring.

The fight will be on the undercard of Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol.

Wilder, 38, last fought Joseph Parker in December, losing by unanimous decision. He is now 43-3-1 for his career but all three losses have come in his past four fights, including a pair of defeats against Tyson Fury.

He formerly held the WBC title between 2015-20, defending it 10 times.

Zhang, 40, also last fought Parker, losing by a majority points decision in March, costing him the WBO interim heavyweight title. He is now 26-2-1 in his career, with both losses coming in his past four fights after losing to Filip Hrgović by unanimous decision in Aug. 2022.

The five-versus-five fight night will feature fighters represented by boxing promoter Frank Warren (Queensberry Promotions) facing fighters from promoter Eddie Hearn (Matchroom Boxing).

"For decades it has been the Hearns versus the Warrens," Hearn said in a January statement. "Matchroom versus Queensberry. It is without doubt the most storied rivalry in the sport."

"This Queensberry vs Matchroom fight night encapsulates all of the elements you want in an event as a promoter: Rivalry, characters, history and competition," Warren added. "It's time to settle the score, who's getting the bragging rights?"

Other fights on the card include Hrgović vs. Daniel Dubois, Raymond Ford vs. Nick Ball—with Ford's WBA featherweight title on the line—Hamzah Sheeraz vs. Austin Williams and Craig Richards vs. Willy Hutchinson.

The event will include winners by decision receiving one point for their respective team and two points for a knockout. The fighter named team captain for their squad will earn double points with a victory.
