In the second annual NFL Players Association survey about workplace conditions for all 32 teams, the Miami Dolphins earned the highest marks.

The NFLPA released the results of the survey on Wednesday, which included responses from more than 1,700 players across the league.

Miami ranked No. 1 overall, while the Washington Commanders finished last:

The reigning two-time Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs had the highest-rated head coach (Andy Reid), but the lowest-rated owner (Clark Hunt). Stephen Ross of the Dolphins finished first in the survey about owners. Josh McDaniels, who was fired by the Las Vegas Raiders after a 3-5 start last season, was the lowest-rated head coach.

The Jacksonville Jaguars made the biggest jump in workplace conditions from 2022 (28th) to 2023 (fifth), with the main improvement coming because they opened a new facility last season.

Players were surveyed on a number of different topics, including treatment of families, food/cafeteria, nutritionist/dietician, locker room, training room, training staff and weight room.

The lowest grade issued was an F-, which appeared eight different times. It was most common in treatment of families, with the Commanders, New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers all receiving the lowest-possible mark.

Washington and Cincinnati were the only teams that received an F- grade in multiple categories.

Even though the vibes around the Commanders seem to be better with Dan Snyder no longer owning the franchise, the Josh Harris-led group didn't have much time to make significant changes after the sale was approved in June.

The results from the survey reflect positively on the ownership change but don't show much improvement in other areas:

The Dolphins received an A- grade or better in all 11 categories. They were one of only six teams to get an A+ in one of the categories, along with the Raiders, Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions. The Dolphins, Raiders and Bills all got an A+ for their weight rooms, the Dolphins and Vikings got an A+ for their owners, and the Lions, Chiefs and Vikings got an A+ for their head coaches.

Treatment of families and locker room tied for the most grades of F or worse with six. The former category received the most F- grades (four). The Commanders were the only team to get a grade that low for their locker room.
