94. C/IF/OF Cole Carrigg, COL

92. OF Enrique Bradfield Jr., BAL
91. 3B Aidan Miller, PHI

-After posting an .863 OPS with 40 extra-base hits in 94 games during the regular season while missing a month with an elbow injury, Sterlin Thompson made up for lost time in the Arizona Fall League, hitting .338/.460/.475 over 100 plate appearances.

-Following a junior season at Stanford when he hit .394/.478/.699 with 17 home runs and 58 RBI in 58 games, Tommy Troy was the No. 12 overall pick in the 2023 draft. He went 5-for-11 in rookie ball before jumping straight to High-A in his pro debut.

-Speedy outfielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. hit .311 with 130 steals in 143 attempts as a three-year starter at Vanderbilt, and he continued to show off those wheels in his pro debut after going No. 17 overall in the 2023 draft. He hit .291 with a .473 on-base percentage and 25 steals in 25 games across three minor league levels.

Nos. 90-81

85. RHP Noble Meyer, MIA
84. OF Victor Scott II, STL
83. LHP Carson Whisenhunt, SF
82. RHP Drew Thorpe, SD
81. OF Ryan Clifford, NYM

-Right-hander Noble Meyer was the first high school pitcher off the board in 2023 when the Miami Marlins selected him No. 10 overall, and he immediately jumped to the top of the club's prospect rankings. The 6'5", 185-pound teenager has an electric fastball-slider combination and significant remaining physical projection.

-Speedster Victor Scott II led the minors with 94 steals in 132 games between High-A and Double-A last year, hitting .303/.369/.425 along the way while earning a spot in the Futures Game. The 22-year-old continued to impress in the Arizona Fall League with 24 hits, 12 walks and 18 steals in 23 games.

-Pitcher Drew Thorpe joined the San Diego Padres as the prospect centerpiece of the Juan Soto blockbuster trade with the New York Yankees. The 23-year-old went 14-2 with a 2.52 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 182 strikeouts in 139.1 innings in 2023, and he has one of the best changeups of any pitching prospect.

Nos. 80-71

Mason Miller Jamie Squire/Getty Images

80. RHP Brock Porter, TEX
79. OF Chase DeLauter, CLE
78. SS Matt Shaw, CHC

75. IF Ronny Mauricio, NYM
74. RHP Nick Frasso, LAD
73. 3B Tyler Black, MIL
72. RHP Mason Miller, OAK
71. C Dalton Rushing, LAD

-A broken foot sidelined Chase DeLauter during his junior season at James Madison, but the Guardians still took him No. 16 overall in the 2022 draft. He posted a .945 OPS in 57 games after finally making his pro debut in June, and then hit .299/.385/.529 with five home runs and 27 RBI in 23 games in the Arizona Fall League.

-Right-hander Chase Hampton is now the unquestioned top pitching prospect in the New York Yankees farm system after Drew Thorpe was traded to San Diego. The 22-year-old posted a 3.63 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 145 strikeouts in 106.2 innings between High-A and Double-A in 2023.

-Flame-thrower Mason Miller made his MLB debut in April, but he missed significant time with a shoulder strain before returning in August as a reliever. The 25-year-old is expected to be a full-time reliever in 2024, and with a 70-grade fastball and plus slider he has the stuff to be an elite closer.

Nos. 70-61

Ceddanne Rafaela Cole Burston/Getty Images

70. OF Owen Caissie, CHC
69. SS Colt Emerson, SEA
68. LHP Jordan Wicks, CHC
67. RHP Hurston Waldrep, ATL
66. SS/3B Orelvis Martinez, TOR
65. OF Ceddanne Rafaela, BOS
64. LHP Anthony Solometo, PIT
63. OF Drew Gilbert, NYM
62. OF Gabriel Gonzalez, SEA
61. RHP Daniel Espino, CLE

-The No. 22 overall pick in 2023, Colt Emerson had one of the best pro debuts of any draft pick, hitting .374/.496/.550 with 12 extra-base hits in 114 plate appearances between rookie ball and Single-A.

-Another early standout from the 2023 draft, Hurston Waldrep logged a 1.53 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 41 strikeouts in 29.1 innings across four minor league levels, closing out the year with 4.1 scoreless innings in his Triple-A debut. The 21-year-old has an electric fastball-splitter-slider combination.

-Signed for just $10,000 in 2017, Ceddanne Rafaela is a potential Gold Glove defender in center field, and he has a 50-hit, 50-power, 60-speed offensive profile. The 23-year-old hit .302/.349/.520 with 31 doubles, 20 home runs, 79 RBI and 36 steals in 108 games in the upper minors last year, and he could get a long look for an Opening Day roster spot.

Nos. 60-51

Brady House Jonathan Newton/The Washington Post via Getty Images

60. OF Druw Jones, ARI
59. SS Jacob Wilson, OAK
58. RHP Ben Brown, CHC
57. C Kyle Teel, BOS
56. OF Yanquiel Fernandez, COL
55. 2B Termarr Johnson, PIT
54. 3B Brady House, WAS
53. RHP Jackson Jobe, DET
52. IF Michael Busch, LAD
51. OF Emmanuel Rodriguez, MIN

-Brady House is still working to tap into the tremendous power potential in his 6'4", 215-pound frame, but he took a step forward offensively in 2023. The 20-year-old hit .312/.365/.497 with 21 doubles, 12 home runs and 47 RBI in 88 games over three minor league levels, closing out the year at Double-A.

-After hitting .323/.431/.618 with 26 doubles, 27 home runs and 90 RBI in 98 games at Triple-A, infielder Michael Busch has nothing left to prove in the minors. The 26-year-old hit just .167 with 27 strikeouts in 81 plate appearances in his first MLB action.

-With 92 walks and a .400 on-base percentage in 99 games at High-A as a 20-year-old, Emmanuel Rodriguez has plate discipline beyond his years. He also tallied 13 doubles, 16 home runs, 55 RBI and 20 steals, offering one of the highest offensive ceilings of any outfield prospect.

Nos. 50-41

Nolan Schanuel John McCoy/Getty Images

50. SS Brayan Rocchio, CLE
49. RHP Rhett Lowder, CIN
48. SS/OF Jett Williams, NYM

44. SS Marco Luciano, SF
43. SS Cole Young, SEA
42. 1B Nolan Schanuel, LAA
41. RHP AJ Smith-Shawver, ATL

-Outfielder Justin Crawford hit .332/.392/.467 with 33 extra-base hits and 47 steals in 87 games between Single-A and High-A in his first full professional season after going No. 17 overall in the 2022 draft. He is the son of former All-Star outfielder Carl Crawford.

-The New York Mets acquired Luisangel Acuña from the Texas Rangers in the Max Scherzer deal at the deadline, and he now stands as the top prospect in a restocked system. The 21-year-old has above-average tools across the board, and he hit .294/.359/.410 with 39 extra-base hits and 57 steals at Double-A.

-After hitting .447/.615/.868 in 59 games during his junior season at Florida Atlantic, first baseman Nolan Schanuel went No. 11 overall in the 2023 draft and made his MLB debut a few months later on Aug. 18. He posted a 103 OPS+ with more walks (20) than strikeouts (19) in 29 games in the majors, and he should break camp as the team's starting first baseman in 2024.

Nos. 40-31

Curtis Mead Cliff Welch/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images

40. C Samuel Basallo, BAL
39. 2B/3B Curtis Mead, TB
38. RHP Jacob Misiorowski, MIL
37. RHP Mick Abel, PHI
36. SS Masyn Winn, STL

34. C Jeferson Quero, MIL
33. LHP Noah Schultz, CWS
32. SS Carson Williams, TB
31. RHP Tink Hence, STL

-After missing two months with a wrist injury, Curtis Mead returned to action in late June and hit .333/.433/.505 with 14 extra-base hits in 127 plate appearances before making his MLB debut in August. His ability to play second base and third base could be his ticket to an Opening Day roster spot.

-Catcher Jeferson Quero spent the entire 2023 season as a 20-year-old at the Double-A level, hitting .262/.339/.441 with 12 doubles, 16 home runs and 49 RBI in 90 games. One of the best all-around defensive catchers in the minors, he could be a franchise backstop if his offensive game continues to develop.

-With a massive 6'9", 220-pound frame, left-hander Noah Schultz has a ton of long-term upside, and after a flexor strain delayed his pro debut, he impressed once he finally took the mound in June. The 20-year-old posted a 1.33 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and a 38-to-6 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 27 innings at Single-A.

Nos. 30-21

30. C Harry Ford, SEA
29. LHP Robby Snelling, SD
28. SS Adael Amador, COL
27. 3B Coby Mayo, BAL
26. LHP Ricky Tiedemann, TOR
25. OF Walker Jenkins, MIN
24. 3B Noelvi Marté, CIN
23. OF Max Clark, DET
22. LHP Kyle Harrison, SF
21. 2B/SS Brooks Lee, MIN

-Following a breakout 2022 season, Ricky Tiedemann was limited to 44 innings during an injury-plagued 2023 campaign, but he made up for lost time in the Arizona Fall League. The 21-year-old posted a 2.50 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 23 strikeouts in 18 innings to win AFL Player of the Year honors.

-It's not immediately clear how Noelvi Marté fits into a crowded Cincinnati infield, but after hitting .316/.366/.456 for a 120 OPS+ in 123 plate appearances in his first MLB action, he could force his way into a regular role in the majors to open the year.

-Left-hander Kyle Harrison has work to do refining his command, evidenced by his 48 walks in 65.2 innings at Triple-A last season. The 22-year-old threw the ball well in seven late-season starts in the majors, posting a 4.15 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 35 strikeouts in 34.2 innings, and he is currently penciled into an Opening Day rotation spot.

Nos. 20-11

Colt Keith Chris Bernacchi/Diamond Images via Getty Images

20. OF Roman Anthony, BOS
19. RHP Andrew Painter, PHI
18. OF Colton Cowser, BAL
17. SS Colson Montgomery, CWS
16. OF Jasson Dominguez, NYY
15. RHP Cade Horton, CHC
14. OF Wyatt Langford, TEX
13. 2B/3B Colt Keith, DET
12. OF Pete Crow-Armstrong, CHC
11. SS Jackson Merrill, SD

-One of the biggest breakout prospects of the 2023 season, Roman Anthony hit .272/.403/.466 with 45 extra-base hits in 106 games across three minor league levels, reaching Double-A as a 19-year-old.

-Cade Horton sent his draft stock soaring with a strong performance at the 2022 College World Series, and he ended up going No. 7 overall to the Chicago Cubs. After posting a 2.65 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 117 strikeouts in 88.1 innings over three minor league levels while showing elite stuff, he is now squarely in the conversation for baseball's best pitching prospect.

-With a 55-hit, 60-power offensive profile, Colt Keith has huge impact potential offensively, and he hit .306/.380/.552 with 38 doubles, 27 home runs and 101 RBI in 126 games between Double-A and Triple-A. The 22-year-old is a strong candidate for an Opening Day roster spot.

Nos. 10-1

Jackson Chourio Casey Gower/MLB Photos via Getty Images

10. 2B/SS Marcelo Mayer, BOS
9. SS/3B Jordan Lawlar, ARI
8. C Ethan Salas, SD
7. OF James Wood, WAS

5. OF Dylan Crews, WAS
4. SS/3B Junior Caminero, TB
3. OF Evan Carter, TEX
2. OF Jackson Chourio, MIL
1. SS Jackson Holliday, BAL

-With a 6'6", 235-pound frame and an elite repertoire that includes an 80-grade fastball and 70-grade slider, Paul Skenes checks all the boxes to be a generational talent on the mound. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 draft went 12-2 with a 1.69 ERA, 0.75 WHIP and 209 strikeouts in 122.2 innings in his junior year at LSU.

-Evan Carter will enter the 2024 season as the AL Rookie of the Year front-runner after hitting .306/.413/.645 with 10 extra-base hits in 75 plate appearances as a September call-up and then hitting .300/.417/.500 with 10 extra-base hits, 10 walks and nine runs scored in 17 postseason games en route to a World Series title.

-The Brewers inked Jackson Chourio to an eight-year, $82 million extension in December, the largest contract in MLB history for a player who has yet to make his MLB debut. The 19-year-old should now have a clear path to start the year as Milwaukee's everyday center fielder.
