After two unsuccessful attempts to make the fight happen, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have reportedly once again agreed to terms on a boxing match.

According to combat sports insider Ariel Helwani, Paul vs. Fury is a "done deal" for Feb. 25.

Paul vs. Fury was first scheduled for Dec. 19, 2021, but it was called off due to Fury nursing a broken rib and bacterial chest infection. They tried again in 2022 for an Aug. 6 clash, but Fury said his travel visa into the United States was denied, so it was canceled again.

After first making a name for himself as a YouTuber, Paul broke into boxing in 2020 with a win over fellow social media personality AnEsonGib. Since then, Paul has fought five more times and remained undefeated.

Following a victory over former NBA guard Nate Robinson, Paul beat former UFC fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, the latter of whom he took down twice. In October, Paul beat an MMA legend in Anderson Silva by unanimous decision, bringing his career record to 6-0.

Fury is the younger brother of world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, and he too owns a perfect record as a pro boxer.

The younger Fury is 8-0 with four wins by knockout, although it is coming up on a year since he last fought—a decision win over Daniel Bocianski in London in April 2022.

While the location of the reportedly agreed-upon February fight between Paul and Fury hasn't yet been confirmed, it is fair to assume that it may be in England, provided Fury is still having visa issues.

In November, Paul tweeted at Fury's promoter, Frank Warren, saying he would fight Fury in London or Manchester in February.

Paul also laid down a deadline at the time, saying he wanted a signed contract within seven days or else he would move on to another potential opponent.

Fury doesn't have a ton of experience and hasn't faced any top-end fighters yet, but he does figure to be Paul's toughest test thus far since Paul has never actually gone up against an opponent who has consistently trained and fought as a boxer.

Despite questions about how Paul would fare against true boxers, he has quickly turned himself into one of the top draws in the sport, and both he and Fury should generate a ton of interest and revenue if they can finally make their long-anticipated bout happen.
