Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers inked an NIL deal with private jet company Nicholas Air, becoming the second player in NCAA history with such a deal.

Ewers joins Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart in the Nicholas Air family.

"I'm fired up for my new partnership with Nicholas Air," Ewers said in a statement. "It is a first-class organization and a perfect match for my travel needs. Their attention to detail and commitment to high-level service for their Members is second to none. Proud to represent their brand."

No financial terms were announced as part of the deal. In the press release, the company said Ewers will work with Nicholas Air on "various marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns and community engagements," while also having access to their fleet of private jets.

Ewers threw for 3,479 yards and 22 touchdowns against six interceptions last year, his second as Texas' primary starting quarterback. The Longhorns reached the College Football Playoff for the first time before losing to Washington in a 37-31 thriller in the semifinals.

Rather than enter his name in the NFL draft, where he could have been a second- or third-round pick, Ewers returned to Texas for his junior season. He's slated to be on the shortlist of Heisman candidates for the 2024 campaign and could play himself into first-round consideration with a big year.
