The 2024 NASCAR season officially began on Monday with the Daytona 500, and things kicked off with a rousing starting command from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson:

Monday's race was originally scheduled to take place on Sunday, but it was pushed back due to inclement weather at Daytona International Speedway.

The Rock has been busy in recent weeks. On Jan. 23, he was appointed to the board of directors of TKO Group, the publicly traded company that owns WWE and the UFC.

He recently got involved in the main-event picture for WrestleMania 40 by starting a rivalry with Cody Rhodes, who is set to challenge his cousin Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at the marquee event in April.

Fans have surely enjoyed this string of appearances from The Rock, and it doesn't look like he's slowing down anytime soon.
